Zvi is a co-founder of the Israeli Smart Cities Institute. He earlier served as the National Coordinator for Project Renewal of Disadvantaged Neighborhoods at Israel’s Ministry of Construction and Housing (1977-2015). As a multidisciplinary academic, he is widely published on a range of urban development issues. He has been a speaker at the Barcelona Smart Cities World Conference for the last 12 years. He holds 9 academic degrees, including a PhD in Urban Regeneration, an MSc in Town and Regional Planning, and an MA in Environment and Urban Sustainability.
