At the request of the Quadrennial Diplomacy and Development Review (QDDR) Subgroup on Contracts and Procurement, SID-Washington conducted a survey of its membership and the broader develoment community on procurement-related issues. The survey results were shared with the QDDR subgroup and other senior USAID officials, allowing them to reach more informed conclusions as they carry out the review process. As part of SID-Washington's mission to act as a neutral and impartial forum for the development community, no definitive positions or conclusions were derived from the survey results, which were simply presented as representative of the broad and diverse array of viewpoints and constituencies to be found in SID-Washington's membership.
