Joan Dudik-Gayoso
Joan Dudik-Gayoso, an independent advisor on international development cooperation and policy, and adjunct professor at George Washington University and Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management, held senior positions at the U.S. State Department, USAID, and Peace Corps, dealing with bilateral and multilateral development programs including food aid. She taught development at Georgetown University, and teaches multilateral diplomacy at the State Department’s Foreign Service Institute. As past Secretary of SID-W’s Board (2000-2004), she helped organize its annual career conferences and draft its strategic and business plans. She holds a B.A. in international relations (University of Maryland) and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
