J. Matthew Clark is the Director, Global Strategic Accounts, Microsoft Corporation. He oversees Microsoft’s world wide relationships with international financial institutions (IFIs) like the World Bank, the African Development Bank, and the Inter-American Development Bank, coordinating Microsoft’s marketing and engagement on commercial opportunities, corporate social responsibility programs and policy. He joined Microsoft in April 2004 and is based in Washington, DC. Previously, Matthew was President of Clark Strategic Advocacy Inc, a consulting firm specializing in corporate advocacy with IFIs. His prior work experience includes the Canadian Embassy in Washington, DC, and the Canadian Council of Chief Executives, the business lobby representing CEOs from the top 150 Canadian companies.
