Amina Ferati serves as President of International Advisory, Products and Systems (i-APS), a woman-owned small business that leverages global expertise with local presence to transform organizations and communities into partners for change. With a background in law and public policy, Amina has over a decade of experience leading program strategy, policy and government relations for private sector and nonprofit organizations. Amina combines her passion for equity with social entrepreneurship to advance community and population health and economic livelihoods through training, capacity building, relief and development programming. At i-APS, Amina oversees the long-term sustainability of i-APS’ global work, including supporting projects funded by USAID, DFID, United Nations entities and other donors.

Previously, Amina led federal policy and government relations for the Asian & Pacific Islander American Health Forum, directing their policy portfolio and managing federal operations. She also served as director for the VENG Group, a leading government relations firm in Washington, DC. Amina has extensive experience in addressing global health, sexual and reproductive health, gender-based violence and racial equity. Amina is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Virginia and currently serves on the National Committee for Quality Assurance Consumer Advisory Board.
